Dry coke technology is to uses cold inert gas exchange hot with the hot red coke in the dry quenching furnace to cool the red coke.
After inert gas absorbing the heat released by hot red coke, it transfers the heat to dry quenching boiler and then produces steam.
The cooled inert gas is blown into the dry quenching furnace by circulating fan to cool the hot red coke.
The steam produced by dry quenching boiler will drive the generator for generation.
 

 
In the reverse motion of the two, the coke is gradually cooled to below 250 °C, and then discharged from the unloading device at the bottom of the furnace; at the same time, the inert gas (or waste flue gas) is heated to about 800 °C, passing through the chute of the CDQ furnace. After the primary dust collector, it enters the CDQ boiler; in the boiler, the water is heated by the hot air flow to generate steam, and the gas is cooled to about 200 ℃, and then the secondary dust collector is sent back to the CDQ furnace by the circulating fan for recycling.
