The utilization of the heat from sintering cooler is to get the heat energy from the flue gas exhausted from high and medium temperature section of the sintering cooler via waste heat recovery boiler which produces a certain temperature andpressure steam to drive turbine and generator to generate power.

In order to use the heat from steel making, we already overcame the instability and complicated process of the flue gas from the converter. We incorporated the actual process and optimized the boiler design as per the energy medium, quantity, heat parameter and process. Now we hatched the technology into our project.
